Iowa Agricultural Finance Corporation is a private equity investor in value-added agricultural processing businesses (food, fiber and energy) and biotechnology ventures operating in the State of Iowa. Investments are placed through the Rural Vitality Ag Processing Fund. Businesses or their advisers (banks, accountants, attorneys, etc.) may contact IAFC to learn more about subordinated debt, balance sheet guarantees, equity investments and other means of alternative financing to assist growth companies. IAFC is a private, for-profit farmer-owned investor focused on creating wealth and experienced entrepreneurs especially in rural Iowa.
