Unprofessional and unorganized

I made a limo reservation for a birthday party with First Royal Limousine. I gave them my credit card, confirmed the reservation and was told the driver would arrive at 8:30 PM sharp. The day of the party, I received a call MINUTES before the limo was to arrive saying they had to cancel. The party was ruined. No reason was provided, no apology given and no alternative was recommended. I will never use this company again and will share my experience to others. Lesson to First Royal: It is unfair and unprofessional to over promise and under deliver.
