    COMPANY HAS MANY ISSUES!

    We are a transporter out of Iowa. We have done business with Express auto for years, but always with bumps in the road. Many customers very unhappy with lack of communication! And we also are unhappy with them, several job orders they owed us money for well over 6 months. Gave a song and dance that they were moving, then they had issues with accounting. The companies ratings are over 1000 inputs, but over 300 negative for No payment or Late payment and those are just with us transporters. Customers unhappy with broker or transporters can go to www.transportreviews.com to give a review and also look for better service. You don't need a broker to get your car moved. Call a transporter and have no middle man involved. Use good judgement when selecting a transporter for the job.

    Horrible Time Estimate

    When I decided to use Express Auto Transport to ship my vehicle, the first thing I asked was how long it would take for my vehicle to be picked up and how long it would take for final delivery, because this time line was extremely important in my choice of company to use. I was told that my vehicle would be picked up anytime within the next 1 to 7 days and delivered 2 to 5 days after that. This time schedule worked for me so I went ahead and paid for the service. Now, 8 days later, my vehicle has not been picked up, and the customer service representative can not tell me when it will be picked up. When I asked for a refund I was told that I would have to forfeit $100 if I did not give them at least 15 days from my order date to assign a driver, and even after a driver is assigned, they can not tell me how long it will be until my vehicle is picked up for delivery. None of this was explained when I place my order and now I will be stuck with a rental vehicle for several more days than I had originally planned. I would not recommend this company to anyone transporting a vehicle.

    Express Auto Transport regrets that the pick up of your vehicle took longer than you would have liked. The service you selected does not guarantee pick up or delivery dates. The time frames you were given were based on the average time it takes to assign your vehicle to a carrier and the normal travel time.     I have used Express before and was very satisfied for my first transport out of Kansas. Rapid assignment, one of their subs and did a terrific job...Express demonstrated customer service. Unfortunately that sub is no longer in business. Rates were very reasonable-excellent customer service so went to them again for shipment of a car out of Florida. They honored the price quoted as gas prices started on the rise however they took over 12 days to get me connected to someone...another sub. Way to much time!! I found out later they gave me a new person and after 10 days of trying to get them to find someone they attached her to an experience person who booked me by the next day. Novice should have been with an experienced person to begin with in my opinion. Their delay set me back in my plans for the car. The sub, John Brown out of Cleveland, TN did an excellent job of transporting the car, a Corvette. I would highly recommend they continue to use Mr. Brown. His wife was also a big help in the coordination. Great team!!! Just disappointed in the amount of time it took for Express to find someone for me this go around. Friendly, courteous folks.

    i hauled cars for express auto trans and was never paid . i had to go to their bond company to get my money.....

    Very Reasonable. Quick to pick up in most cases. Very exceptional people easy to confer with. They know where your car is at all times and whats going on with it.
