    Rude, court, unprofessional

    I didn't believe the other reviews until I contacted several printers in the area to compare prices and how they manage the orders. They were unbelievably rude, I don't know how they ever get any business.

    A very unprofessional staff, with huge delays and inaccurate results. For this kind of money not acceptable!!

    In my opinion, SoHo letterpress is an unprofessional, arrogant printer that do not value new customers. I went there, filled with enthusiasm but turned out to be very disappointed. Got no feedback, no quotes, no next steps. Nothing even though I must have e-mailed them 5-7 times. We also let them know that timing was crucial for us, and their promise to come back to us within a couple of days, held us back in the process of finding alternative printers. I do NOT recommend this printer, they do not carry out the service you would expect from a well-reputed printer that is also known for being expensive.
