In the middle of July 2017, our AC unit decided to just stop working. I called Air Care Heating & Cooling Service, LLC located in Raleigh, NC per a referral. I was overly impressed with their knowledge and good work ethic. The technician explained exactly what he would be checking before he started, and explained his findings when the inspection was done. I found the cost to be very competitive based other estimates that I was encouraged to get by Air Care before going with them. He cleaned up everything when the job was complete and also made a return follow-up visit. They now visit twice a year to complete fall and spring maintenance on our home's central air unit.
