    Damaged car and called me a scam artist

    I will NEVER park there again�and not just because the manager yelled at me, told me never to come back, and accused me of being a scam artist driving a 10-year-old car when I attempted to make a damage report. For the record, I�m a 42-year-old professional woman with a rollie and a briefcase, and my car is a 2002 Honda Accord with about 30,000 miles on it. When I went out to get in the car, I noticed a ding and some blue paint on the driver�s door. It was minor enough that I was unlikely to bother getting it repaired or making a claim, but I figured I should at least get it on the record. I told the cashier who had helped me, and he gave me a form to fill out�no big deal. But then two managers (I assume) and a few of the attendants came around and started, first, denying there is any damage (despite the blue paint on a silver car) and then claiming repeatedly that it�s �pre-marked.� When I finally asked what that meant, I was showed a form with a diagram of a vehicle and X marks all over it, allegedly indicating existing damage. But I never saw this form before�I didn�t sign off on it before leaving the car, so they could have marked the door on the diagram after they damaged it. It�s evidence of nothing. I got frustrated and left, telling them I�d have my insurance company contact them (not really intending to, as the damage was minor, and I don�t care that much about my car). But, as I drove away, I noticed that the driver-side sun visor was hanging down. The clip that holds it up when not in use was broken off and definitely had not been when I dropped off the car. When I returned to say there was internal damage, too, one of the managers got up in my face, yelling at me to leave the lot and never come back and accusing me of being a scam artist. Really? A scam artist in business casual attire, pointing out damage that would net me a couple hundred dollars at most? I truly could not believe the way I was treated� it was surreal. There was no conciliatory aspect at all�it went from automatic denial of responsibility (before even examining the car, I might add) to accusations, finger-pointing and abuse in nothing flat. I really don�t care enough about the damage to bother pursuing this with my or Johnny Park�s insurer (although I�ll probably dispute the credit card charge), so I figured telling my story on Yelp and other review sites was my best alternative. I, and anyone reading this, deserve better treatment.

    Highly inflated holiday prices. Shuttles very very slow to pick up. Once at lot takes forever to get your car back. Very unhelpful at the counter. Have read many other bad reviews. Will not go back

    I waited 40 minutes for the Johnny Park Van to drive by the pick-up area at the terminals. When I called, the automated instructions were to do nothing and stand at the red section and wait for the van to drive by. After waiting for 15 minutes, and after seeing the other vans from other companies drive by time and time again, I called Johnny Park. There was either no answer or a long, long, long wait. "Are you standing at the red section?" the clerk asked...YES! After three calls, the driver FINALLY arrived. He did NOT offer to assist me with my luggage until I asked. He said they only had TWO vans on duty? WHAT? At LAX? Two vans? Three other passengers complained about the long wait. When we arrived to the car lot, the clerk conveniently had lost my 10% coupon, to which I said I should receive 50% off for the unacceptable LONG wait at the airport. The van driver, instead of returning to the airport to pick up more customers, was instead standing next to the clerk. I complained that the driver had not helped me with my luggage and the clerk turned to him and said, "Are you suppose to help with the luggage?" The driver replied, "Depends." WHAT? Depends on what? Whether I trip trying to carry my luggage out of the van? I suggested that he get out of the customer service business if he could not, for himself see, that people need help. I paid my fees and will NEVER return here. The savings is not a savings at all as you'll pay for it and wait a long time to be picked up at the airport. Pay more and go to WallyPark; their vans drove by every 5 or less minutes.

    Scratches on your car!!

    I left my car with this company for 10 days and had the car parked indoor to ensure that it would not be exposed to the elements. To my dismay when I got home I noticed some major scratches on one of the rims and some along my car. I can only think of what happened and was really angry that the company is so careless with peoples car. My warning is if you care about your car or have a luxury vehicle dont park it here, pay extra with some other company because Im sure they cant be any worse then this company.
