I have always had a great experience shoping at Best Buy and I love them, Sherman Oaks is most definetly not an exeption, one of the few 2 story stores in the nation, I always get outstanding Customer service, very knowledgeable associates & profetional managers, I been a customer of Best Buy for 10 years and now that they are in Sherman Oaks I buy stuff even more often. WELLCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD!

hard to get anyone to help me

Best Buy needs to hire more store clerks. I have walked out of the store frustrated everytime I have shopped there because I could not find anyone to answer questions.

This is a new store and it is Christmas rush, but it seemed to be low on stock and short on associates.
