While McDonald's is a fast food name brand that conjures up images of cheap, greasy burgers and short wait times, our Roosevelt Mcdonald's has a lot to work on. The McDonald's in Roosevelt is well staffed (mostly female), well situated, and well cleaned. The problems with McDonald's here is that the dining area is very small. All orders, whether billed as take out or dine in all come in a paper bag as a way of forcing the consumer to get going as quickly as possible. The food is prepared fairly quickly, and with a minimum of error, but the new process of cooking the french fries leaves a lot to be desired. They are much staler and harder than before. I am a fan of the softer fries. As with any fast food franchise, each location is owned by a local, and this McDonalds meets the needs of the local client��le, but I'd like to see it meet my needs.
