    My thoughtless experience

    I recently visited your dealership on 1/9/2009 to have a part installed on my car that I ordered and I after my experience with your dealership, I will never have your service department do any type of work on my car ever again. I have heard negative comments about your business and from my experience, it was true. I had a glove box handle installed on my car and it took your service department over 4 hours to get my car back to me! My car was ready before Tim(in your service department) went to lunch around 12:50ish and he had the nerve to tell me that my car was ready when he left but he was going to call me after he got back. I had to call him back because David or Dave couldn’t locate my ticket! How would he like it if someone had did him the same way? I sat at my house waiting unnecessarily for more than an hour when I could have picked up car. Then when I came to pick up my car, I had to walk all the way out in the parking lot and get it myself. No one offered to bring it to me but they were quick to send me to the cashier to get my money! I had actually considered purchasing my next Cadillac from your dealership but I will gladly drive to Charlotte or any other surrounding area to avoid giving your business any more of my money after my experience. I’ve always purchased my cars from another dealership on Franklin and they have never treated me that way or made me walk to get my car. I do need to purchase a lock for my glove box but I WILL have another dealership install it for me.
