Sent a friend there for an overhaul, as far as I can see they did nothing but charge her 120.00. Wheels were not true, cables not adjusted or replaced, deraileurs not adjusted, brakes neither...what'd they do?

This shop while it is in the trendy Rockridge area and more important is close to Rockridge BART is convenient. So harried bike commuters who need a quick spare tube or pick up an item, this is handy to know. I sent a new cyclist there to have her old bike, which while sound had been in the garage for years, tuned up and get ready to ride. I saw the bike before....and after. As far as I can tell the shop billed her for a tune up and did nothing.

Hank and frank do good business. They know their bikes. I got my first bike here. It's a red guy, and I get to sit upright. All comfy like. Hank and Frank have fabulous sales at least twice a year. They're conveniently located in downtown rockridge. They don't sell stolen bikes.
