My auto was damaged while parked, due to the amount of damaged done to my auto it was not drivable. I called nazers and talked to the onwer. He said he would be out the next day and write me an estimate. As there are only 2 body shops in the area and the ins. company wanted an estimate from both. The other body shop was out the same day and gave me estimate. I really needed Nazers to do one also so I could turn in to ins. company. It took them more then 3 weeks, and my calling everyday before they finally came out and did estimate. My auto was totaled, and then the owner asked me why I had not already contacted them for one. Therefore I would not recommend anyone to them.
