* We agreed that the car would be a 14 passenger limo. We had only 12 passengers but we could not fit everyone in. A member of our party had to drive separately and followed the limo in his car. * When it arrived, the limo had muddy tires and rust on the sides. * Inside the limo the glassware was dirty & dusty. * The air conditioning in the vehicle did not work. It was blowing hot air out of the vents. The outside air temp was 85 degrees and muggy. * Only the back windows would roll down. The front moon roof was broken. * The TV didn't work. * The radio would only tune to 2 stations. * The driver admitted that he had never driven a limo before and was not familiar with the car. * The driver was also not familiar with the area or any of the places we wanted to go. * The driver got lost driving us from Northern Bay Resort to Ishnala (Wi Dells) and wound up taking us through Portage. * What should have been a 30-40 min ride turned into a 1hr 40 min ride. * We missed our 8pm reservation at Ishnala by over a half an hour. * The driver's cell phone battery was dead so he was unable to call his boss to discuss the issues we were having. * Company stopped returning my calls afterwards when I politely asked for consideration for all of the inconveniences listed above.
