Rude and don't do what they are supposed to!!!!

I got my wedding dress at David's Bridal in St.Clairsville, and didn't want to drive back to get it altered so I had Nikko's do it. They weren't bad at first, a little rude, but not bad. I was told it would be $67.00 with the alterations and having it steamed. When I went to pick it up the day before my wedding, the seamstress wasn't there and I was told it was $41.00. I told the lady that it was supposed to be $67.00 and she showed me a paper that just said $41.00 and she had just wrote it. I thought I was getting a good deal, but she brought the dress out in the bag. I asked if they had steamed it and she said no, but if you want it steamed then it is $40.00. I was very angry because it was the day before my wedding and I specifically told the seamstress that I wanted it steamed and she totalled it up to $67.00, not $81.00! I told them nevermind and the lady was very rude and said, "Are you sure because I am NOT going to be able to fit it in later, if you leave it now I will be able to have it done at closing time." Closing time was 5:00 pm, which is when we were having rehearsal! I know it doesn't seem like much, but it was the day before my wedding!
