We just had a 95% efficient furnace installed. The price was great, the service was great, and to spend a few more bucks we'll save more than double on gas bills and be far more comfortable than ever. Glad we choose American Standard and glad we choose to get the 95 model.

American Standard once again has satisfied our comfort needs. Their new product line is like no other with outstanding reliability and comfort. The 95% furnace is not only a great value but we'll get $1,500.00 back from the government. The accuclean filter was also installed to help ease some asthma problems, it works 100 times better than our old throw away filters. Thanks again American Standard!

worst warranty system

My installer was agin, the Harlow Brothers. The problem we encountered was ennoumous and the installer wasn't be able to solved it and American Stndard asked Regional company to come but at the end they didn't do anything but let Harlow Brothers do the work and they create more problem for us. Now we facing a Big Utility Bill, Stink Oder out of the ducts, ruined house base board and foundation and not reliable repair man.

worst heat pump system

American Standard is not only "not reliable" but elusive in their liability.
The system had problem yet American Standard refuse to confront it but let the field company take care of it.
The heatpump is not efficiency as they promised, our utility bill is double now
Their warranty system is surely the worst if you had the wrong installer because all the warranty works were supposed to be done by the installer. It is like a warranty without warrany.

Our complete heat pump and furnace system was installed by Harlow Brothers in Olympia and it not only working poorly but our utility bill jumped more than 2 times.
when we had problem with the newly installed system we did contact American Standard but only added up to our misery. the American Standard absolutely do not guaranteed any thing we installed but the field installer which is Harlow Brothers in our case. It's been 3 years since the system was in and all the problems were not solved yet Harlow Brothers postpond their visit often as long as 8 months......
I don't know how to solve this and certainly American Standard refuse to look into this matter but rely on the field installers.

Yes, I love this furnance/air conditioning unit. My 19 seer American Standard unit (air) saved me an immediate 60% on my 1st full months energy bill. I've had it for four years and my 1700 sq. ft. home is quite cozy in the winters and cool in the summers now. It only takes about 30 minutes to get the house where I like it....no matter what the weather outside. I highly recommend it. It costs a bit more; but, you truly get your money's worth with this one. After a lot of shopping around I found that these units are the exact same as Trane but cost less and the contractors that install the higher efficency equip have to go through a review process to see if they will even be allowed to sell American Standard. And this brand offers a warraty that also cover the entire cost of labor should the equipment fail. Good product cheers from S.D.
