    I have worked with 3 different people here, and each experience was great. If you try nothing else, have a facial with Melinda... it is wonderfully relaxing and your skin will thank you for it. Looking forward to trying a massage next.

    I called to get an appointment to get a perm. I was told there was an opening and I tried to schedule at that time. The call was handed off to another person and then I was told that they would have to call me back to see if that was a good time to come in. I was never called back. I have also tried to set an appointment with the message therapist who seems to never be in the Salon. I then found out that there is only one Message Therapist at the salon who only works three days out of the week and at times that are hard to meet her schedule. If you call your business a day spa then I think you should get more help and not mislead people.

    I am curious as to why you are so "sketchy" about going into a business in the South End of Louisville. I really feel sorry for people like you. Maybe you should stay in your bubble that you call the East end.

    As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile! I had scheduled a manicure, pedicure and eye brow wax ... all of which was awesome! I was pampered just like I had wished for. They offered me an assortment of beverages and made sure I was comfortable at all costs! Before I left, I was sure to book more appointments to get my hair done and a facial! I'm always sketchy about going into a business in the south end of Louisville but this was definitely worth my time!

    I love everyone at the atrium !! they do a wonderful job. i don't trust many people to do my hair, but i would trust any of the girls there. they know how to make you feel great about your self.
