Sassy's cab lies about timing

Sassy's cab said they would be there in 20 min. When I called 30 min later, they said that the cab was 20 miles out! The cab showed up 52 min after I called. The guy pulled into the driveway, would not help me with my luggage and spent the next 5 min searching for his lost cell phone. They lie and they provide abominable service. Do not use!!!

I have tried over a dozen times to use Sassy's and they either 1. Do not answer, 2. Get a busy signal, 3. Have asked me to wait for 4+ hours, or 3. Said there was no cab available for the entire day. I wanted to use them because they are local to me, but I am done. Sorry, not worth the trouble or time.
