    french quarter charm

expensive, in the french quarter, parking is a challenge, very noisy, souvenirs, look forward to shopping around the quarter in the many varied shops.

A must while in New Orleans

For those of you who like micro breweries, this is definitely for you. My husband really enjoyed sampling the different brews. Those of you who don't like beer...you should go for the food. Their menu offers a good variety. I would recommend any of their burgers, their Po-boys are delicious, and they have an awesome caeser salad. We've been there 4-5 times (and we don't even live in LA) and always had a great meal.

    Good Food Great Managment

When in New Orleans you need to eat at the Brewhouse. They have good food. They also brew their own beer and you might even get a tour of the brewhouse. The managers here are awesome.

    Excellant Steaks and good brews

We went to Crescent City Brewhouse in August before The hurricane. We both had Filet Mignons. They were cooked to perfection. The vegatables that accompianed the meal were very tasty and the presentation was very nice. We found a coupon which allowed 2 dinners fior the price of one. Even without them we will go back again. We will write an update after our February 2006 trip.

    Mediocre at best

The food was horrible. The chicken wings turned out soggy, drenched in a bitter sweet 'n sour sauce. Sandwiches were so-so. What a disappointment.

    ball & beer

Try the 5 beer sampler of their homade brew and watch the game on the big screen. Slam a few oysters and cheer for your team. What a nice way to spend an afternoon with the wife or friends.

    Waste of Time

    Posted by Cara111498 on 08/12/2002

We went here after reading the reviews. What a disappointment. With everything there is to choose from in the area this restaurant doesn't deliver. Our food was served cold and my husbands platter wouldn't have been enough food for a child. We won't waste to the time or effort to go back and I'll encourage everyone else to do the same..

    Drink in the View

Can't beat the only restaurant with an unimpeded outdoor view of the river. Great selection of freshly brewed beer, delicious mussels, always fresh oysters and nice maintained historical building. Definately a nice way to pass an afternoon.
