My Halloween Party Bus was awsome!

I got a party bus from Platinum Ride Limos andit was top notch. The driver was fun and exciting and hooked us up at some clubs. Platinum Rides even got us first round of shots at one of the clubs. I can't thank them enough and we will use them again.

I have used this company before with freinds and it's great every time. They give us a good deal because we are repeat clients and they really take care of us. I have the kind of job where I have to entertain clients alot you know ball games and such. I use Platinum all the time because they just have a great attitude they love what they do. I highly recommend this company.

I had so much fun our limo was awsome and Charlie was a darling to us. I will most definately be using this company again. After getting a million emails these guys took the time to not only email me back prices they called me to see if I had any questions. Which I did. They were so great to work with suggesting clubs and restaurants. Thank you Platinum Rides.

I received a call the night before my event from another limo company saying that they had to "cancel" my limo for the event going on the next day. I called and called trying to find a company that would be able to fit the bill on such short notice. I called these guys at right around midnight, Joe answered the phone, much to my surprise I didn't think I would get an answered call seeing as it was so late. He was able to provide the service and do more than the other limo company offered at a comparable rate. He sent me a confirmation through my email, and a receipt when the service was done. The driver was so courteous with the kids and the vehicle was spotless. In a way I am glad that the other company dropped the ball. The brothers from Platinum were awesome! Joe I told you I would and I did and still am singing your praises! You were a man of your word and so am I. - Robert

Great service

I had planned to take my wife out for her birthday. I thought it might be nice to have a limousine drive us. When I called this company they were very helpful. Joe the owner basically planned the evening for me. He suggested a fantastic restaurant and a quiet little place to get a gelato after dinner. The limo and driver were outstanding! We had so much fun and the driver, Mike was a blast. He really made us feel special and helped make this a great birthday for my wife. I can't lie even though Joe planned everything he even let me take all the credit with my wife. I would definately recommend Platinum Ride Limos to a freind.

30 MINUTES LATE FOR WEDDING

I had rented 4 limos from Platinum, 3 I had no problems with and were great. The fourth, and most important one, was to pick up my wife and the girls in the wedding to bring to the place of the wedding. I told Joey, if there was any problems with getting to the house to give me a call, and stress to pick up the girls on time. Platinum Rides said all there limos are 10-15 min early just in case they get loss, they have 15 mins to find the place. I called platinum at the time the girls were suppose to be leaving, they called the limo driver and told me that "they are right around the corner" and would be there in "at least 5 minutes". 12 minutes went by and still no limo, called Platinum Rides again, once again called the limo driver and they repeated "the driver is right around the corner". I told them, that is what you said 12 minutes ago. The limo driver called me after that, told me his location and he was still 5 miles away, reminding you he is 20 mins late at this point. He was 30 mins late, had no idea where he was going to, and ended up following my mother to the place of the wedding.
Platinum took off 30 mins of the price of the limo, about $40.00. To remind you, the driver was 30 mins late, ,just taking off what the limo driver was late. They ended up taking off another $40.00. I guess they think that the pictures we missed out on, the games we planned during the wedding we did not have time for anymore, and the rushing out of the wedding place so we would not get charged over-time is only worth $40.00. Platinum Rides should of owned up to the fact that the limo driver was going to be 30 mins late, given me a call so we could make other arrangements to drive everyone up to the wedding place to keep everything on time. I understand that things can happen that cause the limo to be late, but at least call your customers to let them know, especially if you are running 30 minutes late.

Platinum Rides great service

I had planned a birthday party with a limousine for my daughter and I called alot of limo companies to get pricing. I have got to say I talked to alot of companies with horrible people skills. When I spoke with Joe at Platinum I felt like he really cared about what I wanted to plan for my daughter. He made some great suggestions and just really made me feel comfortable in choosing his company.
Needless to say the party was a great success and I couldn't imagine having to call a bunch limo companies for the next party. Platinum Rides and Joe far exceeded my expectations and have earned my loyalty.
