    Paul Brown is an excellent salesman and is very helpful with care tips. He also introduced us to Red. Red came to our home to re-sling several Brown Jordan patio chairs. Red was a pure "gentleman" and an extremely hard worker. Berk's is lucky to have these men in their employ!

    Berk's was able to help me get a chair replaced using the lifetime warranty that came with the chair and a really old receipt! THANKS BERK'S!

    Paul Brown has given us excellent customer service from the moment we stepped into the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they have. He was always available to answer any questions we had regarding our order. We had a problem with our furniture and he was extremely helpful in solving our problem. I highly recommend buying all of your patio furniture from Paul. He really follows through with everything and calls to make sure that all is well with you and that you're happy. How many other sales people do this?? He's the BEST!!!

    I have been buying from Berk's for years and I am always trilled to get to work with Paul Brown. He knows the furniture world completely and has excellent advice! Recently, my teak umbrella broke, which is very unusual, and Paul walked me right thru the warranty progress. When your shopping at Berk's ask for Paul!

    Paul Brown is a sales representative at Burk's in Santa Monica. He's incredibly personable and helpful...to the point you almost wish you were buying more than what is on your (short) list. He guided us through a warranty issue from another retailer, got us taken care of, and has been a singular model in how to do it right on new furniture and custom cushions for old furniture. I'd go back there to buy a lawn mower (if they carried them) just to interact w/ Paul. If it were from Berks, it would probably be made by BMW. He's a perfectionist, very tasteful and helpful, and above all, he follows up and gets back to you w/ updates and throws in a little bit more...unexpected favors. Case in point, we were hungry and he gave addresses and directions to 3 different restaurants in Marina del Rey, made reservations for us at one, and set us up for a perfect evening! Please go to Berks. They have a beautiful showroom you'd love to live in! Ask for Paul. Like his limited edition corvette, he's in a class by himself. Wish we didn't live so far away--Pasadena. We'd be regulars...maybe a blessing, because I'd be poorer w/ all they have to offer and my wife in tow. Mark Collins Pasadena, Ca.

    I went in to Berk's to order replacement cushions for my Brown Jordan furniture, which turned out to be quite expensive. Paul told me that my pillows had another two years in them, and showed me how to clean them. With the money I saved, I was able to order the chaise replacement cushion, which also was on sale, and was told I would receive in 1-2 weeks. I'm very happy I stopped here before going to a less expensive store.

    My outdoor patio heater wouldn't light, and I was calling around to find someone who would service it. Two places quoted about $90 just to come out and look at. I talked to Paul, who said that Berk's doesn't service the heaters - but that I should try to troubleshoot it myself. He told me how (in less than 2 minutes!), and it worked. Great service!

    Despite the distance, we have shopped there for several years now and have always received outstanding service. Most of the time our sales assistant has been Paul Brown and each time we go back, it seems like we're visiting an old friend. He has been very helpful in assiting with orders, providing guidance (as was the case in another review, steering us to a table and chairs that wasn't the most expensive but rather in our price range and we've been thrilled with ever since). Other store personnel have been helpful when Paul wasn't available and we always find something new to add to our outdoor collection when we visit. Trust me...if you're not from the Westside, it's still worth the drive to go to Berk's! Bill & David

    Great service! Incredible selection. I would go back for all my patio needs. Our furniture has been an extension of our living room. We enjoy sitting outside as much as we do inside.

    Fourteen years ago I purchased Brown Jordan furniture from Berk's. Currently I am planning to downsize and will no longer have space for it. To get an idea about the market value of my used furniture, I visited Berks' . Sales person Paul Brown was very helpful, telling me the current retail value of the furniture and suggesting what would be a fair price for it. He even volunteered venues where I might advertise the furniture. Paul was tremendously helpful.
