    Today I am not sitting in behind bars thanks to James Novak Law Firm. Awesome defense attorney! The prosecutor told me I was facing prison time. Several people told me about Attorney, James Novak. When I heard how good he was, I did not think I could afford such a great trial lawyer. But, surprisingly, his fees were extremely affordable. His first priority was my freedom and fighting for my rights. He worked my case, like it was really important to him. He was able to educate the judge, and the prosecution on the evidence, circumstances, and my defense . And the charges were dismissed!! I still can't believe I am free today, and his fees were so affordable. This is my way of saying Thank-you James Novak--- I will be forever grateful!

    James Novak got my case dismissed!! I was charged with a DUI-extreme. He was very thorough and aggressive. He did not sit back and just file paperwork. He fought for my rights and argued my case. I was astounded. Several Attorneys I consulted before him scared me, and said I really had no chance of getting a good outcome because of how high my blood alcohol content was. Then they quoted me much higher amounts to do the case then he did! I still can't believe he got my case dismissed and was more affordable than any of the other attorneys I talked to. Thanks James. If I ever get in trouble again, you will be my first phone call. I strongly recommend others do the same.

    I found a great attorney, James Novak, here in the Yellow Pages, after I got a DUI. Several Attorneys told me that there was a chance I would get the max sentence because I had a prior DUI. He made no promises--But he was able to get my case dismissed!! I was astonished. He was aggressive, experienced, and attentive. And to top it all off, he was affordable--his fees were half the price of several quotes I received. I feel very fortunate. He was an excellent attorney!!!
