What does it mean to be a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC? It means that by offering residential living, assisted living and skilled nursing care, Bayview can assure residents that their needs can be met right here if their physical conditions change. The United Methodist Association helps ensure strict adherence to quality standards through accreditation by EAGLE - the Educational Assessment Guidelines Leading toward Excellence. Bayview is also a member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) and the Washington Association of Housing and Services for the Aging (WAHSA).

Bayview is home to over 210 residents who value independence, friendship, healthy living and quality care. The convenience, amenities and safety of a retirement community combine with the freedom of living in your own home. With a prime location on Queen Anne Hill, residents can visit nearby Seattle Center or downtown to shop, dine or attend cultural events. Our goal is to help residents be independent as long as possible, however, if challenges arise, our caring staff are here to help.
