Thoroughly Disappointed

Our limo was late, dirty, and the stereo barely worked. When the driver arrived, he asked if he could come inside. Then, he asked for something to drink. Then, he asked if he could use our bathroom. Unbelievable. . . When we arrived to our destination he balked at my $40 tip on a $200 bill and told me I would probably be charged extra because we were almost 20 minutes late. I told him that should balance for him being nearly 15 minutes late picking us up. Despite the glowing reports so far, I would advise using a different company. It's really not worth the risk that you could end up with our car or our driver. I was thoroughly disappointed.
