The representative assessed all my systems and explained everything in terms of age and efficiency of my appliances. There was no pressure, no hard sell. The warranties are great and were given a discount for being a military family.

I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning this past January (the coldest week-end of the winter) when my furnace was malfunctioning. It was a Sunday and there was a huge Packer playoff game on that day. They got to my house in a short period of time and did a complete check-up on my furnace. Well, my furnace wasn't just not working properly it was actually in the danger zone of emitting carbon monoxzide. The furnace had to be turned off. They offered to get me portable heaters - whatever we needed to literally keep from freezing to death until they could come back the next day and install a new furnace. They did a great job. I also had many follow-up calls from the office to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction and that it was done neatly and on a timely basis. I am now going to be on their service plan so my new furnace and air conditioning system will be cleaned and checked regularly throughout the year so I won't be in such a dangerous situation again. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.

The group of young men who installed my new furance were knowageable and polite.
They were very efficent also. They explained what they were doing and they showed and told me how this will he;p my furance work and sve energy

I'm impressed. Having recently had a new heating and a/c system installed by your organization it was almost a pleasure to pay the bill. From the salesman, installers, electrician, and the office staff you've accomplished something most companies only dream of, personnel who are dedicated to serving your customers and ultimatly improving your company.
Having retired from the largest Gas Utility in the State of WI I feel I do have some knowledge of what it takes to properly install a heating & a/c system and your company has it "DOWN"

An extremely professional company that showed up on time for the quote... no pressure to buy....started project when they said they would and stuck to it until completed. Additional parts that were not needed were deducted from the bill and all cleanup was done same day. It is nice to know there are still companies that have integrity and do the things they say they are going to do without padding the bill or not showing up to finish the job. Start to finish was top notch all the way.

This company focuses on superb customer service. Consistently very polite, return phone calls promptly, and offer very quick service. We used them for the first time on a Saturday morning for emergency service, and they were great. Offer flat rates, which is excellent and cuts down on surprises. Since then, we've used them over and over. Consistently happy with the service.

In the dead of winter my old furnace decided to stop working. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came out and saved the day. Even though they were unable to fix the problem that night the technician called another young man to bring out 5 space heaters at 12:30 AM so I would at least have some heat in my home (at no expense to me). Even though they could fix my furnace I decided to buy a new furnace from them after discussing the different types of furnaces they offered and their financing packet. Within 2 days I had a new furnace installed. The installers were fast, efficient, and clean! My basement was cleaner when they left then it had been when they arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat!

Within two days of ordering my furnace and AC it was being installed on a Saturday while I was out of town. The Salesman and Service men were very nice and professional.
I didn't have to worry about the safety of my house and belongings while I was gone.
I have full confidence in the company, the service, and the warranty. That is why I was willing to pay a premium price for a premium service.

The business was prompt, professional, and efficient. The installers arrived at the time that they said they would.
The technicians were at the house for nearly nine hours and I hardly noticed that they were around. The installation performed was neat and clean. The installers showed concern for the house and my belongings. After the job was finished, they cleaned up their workspace.
