THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! SO RUDE!!!

My first stay in NY and my family chose this place based on price and decent previous Best Western experiences in California. It was the BIGGEST MISTAKE! I had the worst experience ever! Lights didn't work, the bathroom fan sounded like it was going to fly out of the wall and kill you, and the staff was absolutely unbelievably RUDE!!! I don't just mean rude but this had to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced! DON'T EVER GO HERE! There were 4 TOTAL SNOBBISH WOMEN (with heavy accents - French?) who couldn't care less about anyone. They totally looked down their noses at me and my family and oh-my-gosh... I can't even go on! Makes me so mad!!!!!! I hope they go out of business! This was the worst experience I have ever had traveling and I would recommend as strongly as can be recommended - DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE!!!
