We will review the charges against you in detail and determine the possible defenses which may be asserted on your behalf. Our goal is to provide you with a complete understanding of your rights and remedies when faced with a criminal offense. We handle DWI, DWAI cases as well as other criminal defense cases, on a flat fee basis. We will provide you with a written retainer agreement should you choose to hire us, which will set forth among other things, the total fee that we will charge, the services that we will provide, and your rights as a client to terminate the agreement at will.
