Business Response

This client wanted extra time, but did not want to pay for it. The driver informed them they would need to depart by a certain time, so they could drop off at the requested time. As the clients boarded the bus, they began smashing glasses on to the floor of the bus. Our driver informed them to stop, and their reply was they will do want the want. The driver informed them, he will not take them home until they stop damaging the property. When they finally stop damaging the vehicle, the driver begins the trip back to their home. As he is driving, clients stand up and are walking around the bus, the drivers asks them to remaining seating while he is driving, but they refuse to sit down. Our driver was forced to pull off the highway until the clients would sit down. The drive time back to their home was 2 minutes longer by driving the safest route, which is the interstate verse back country roads (that are dangerous to drive on at night) This client was impossible to please, they were very drunk and began to damage our vehicle and would not remaining seating.
