    Good

    Lunch with friends

Went to DC to visit friends and they took us to Baltimore for the luncheon cruise. It was fun and relaxing. Enjoyed it since we weren't familiar with the area and it was a good way to see parts or it (and parts we could have missed-lol). Lunch was fine.

    Exceptional

    A Great "Unique" Experience

My sister and I went on the lunch cruise on June 20, 2009. We had a great time. The staff was so polite and full of smiles. They even entertained us with a few live performances. The food was hot and tasty. The view from the upper deck was phenominal. I am planning on going again soon. I want to try the dinner cruise next. Try it out and enjoy!!

    poor planning

I had planned a surprise nice night out with my girlfriend and decided to book a romantic dinner cruise with Spirit Cruises. After paying a total of $296 we boarded the ship and found out that we were definitely over dressed (no big deal). but when they went to seat us at our table they sat us down at a table that did not have the arrangements that i had purchased. When my girlfriend went to the lady's room I flagged down the manager and informed her that I had purchased the romance enhancement package (bouqet of roses, bottle of champagne,etc.). The manager then directed me to wait by the door with my date while she fixed the problem with my table. So when my girlfriend had returned from the lady's room I had her wait wait there by the door with me as directed by the manager. About five minutes later the same manager walked up to me and asked "are you waiting for me?". by this time i was a little dissapointed in the way things were being handled by this establishment. Then right in front of myself and my girlfriend one of there staff members layed some flowers on the table but no champangne. The trusty staff then told me that our champagne is chilling and will be brought out momentarily(should'nt they have chilled champagne already in stock?) So as the night progressed it seemed to have a domino effect. The chicken from the buffet was very dry. The men's room smelled horrible and the faucet to wash your hands did not work. As the ship was in the process of docking a young girl was lying on the floor after she went unconscious due to excessive drinking. Come to find out her boyfrind was unsure what to do because she was under the age of 21. So the only enjoyment my girlfriend and I got out of the whole deal was standing on the top deck looking over the harbor as we drank cheap champagne. No wonder all sales are final with this establishment.
