    Worst Experiance Ever!

    If I hated you I would not send you to this place.People I would send Osama Bin Lauden, Hitler, Jeffery Daumer, Charles manson, anyone that hurts small animals. Root canal surgery feels better then dealing with these people. Have a nice day.

    Bought a car here

    I bought a 2004 Kia Spectra in the beginning of 2005. I bought it brand new and was told it was on sale due to needing to get rid of new 04's left on the lot. This was a lie!! I paid the same price for the car as the 05 model was running. I then was told i would take delivery that day. I sat at the dealership for about 7 hours that day and still after being approved left without my car. I finally got so upset after the 3rd day that I called and request to cancel my deal. They then decided to get me into my car. I can say the car itself has been good, not too many problems at all. Most things that went wrong are just normal wear/tear for a car. I had my car in for service just today. Had to have parts put on that they had ordered about 1 month ago and gave me the run around for a few weeks. I cannot recommend the service dept because they tell you they are ordering parts and then never call you back you have to keep calling and they give you new excuses each time you call. I ordered a certain part about 2 months ago and they claim they still never received. I think they are waiting for my warranty to run out first. Today they fixed one part of my car and then said they had to order another part. I had to ask if they seriously ordered it because of the fact they still have parts "on order" for me from before. I considered just buying a new car but when i spoke with the financial manager he was rude and spoke to me as if i was a poor person because I have a Kia already and wanted to move into a better brand car. I decided quickly to leave when he made a comment about what he thought I could afford and he didn't even know my income I believe I was judged due the fact that I look about 10 years younger than I am. I am so disappointed in this company!

    To be honest I went here a few years ago for a test drive just so I could get the Shrek movie free. (Remember that promotion?) But that in and of itself was a pleasant experience; we told the sales guy that we weren't seriously looking for a car at the time and he quickly got our movie and sent us on our way without incident or attitude.That experience brought me back two years ago when I was in the market for a new car. I test drove several different models within my price range (the low end) and after which time the sales guy did not try to keep me there to haggle. I told him a was still looking at other options and I would come back if I was going to buy. He made one follow up call and that was the end of it.
