I bought a dishwasher over the phone from Spencers, they had me contact the install company directly to make sure it would fit. I emailed him a pic of the opening and the dimensions, he assured me it would fit but on install day it did not. I chose another model and it was installed but it would not drain. Spencers had me call Goldwing who have now come out 5 times and it is STILL not draining. Spencers will not replace it and I have no interest in having Goldwing come back to my house. I am EXTREMELY dis-satisfied with Goldwing and Spencers. I have contacted the manager of both Spencers and Goldwing and all they offered was to come back out and try again, after 7 visits - NO THANKS!!!
