    Fair and reliable

Posted by Guest G. on 09/07/2009

I just picked up my check for some items I consigned in July. Of 9 items, 7 sold. I think the pricing was fair--if she prices the items too high, they won't sell, and nobody wins. I decided to have her donate the rest. It was nice to make some money and free up some closet space. Consignment was painless, I'll try it again.

    True Gem!!!!!!!

Efficient, elegant and easy on your wallet. Jessica has the consignment formula down. I admire her straightforward store policies and honesty when it comes taking in clothes. Its a win/win on both sides. The store has a fresh and energetic feel. I have shopped and consigned at Jessicas for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. Well, maybe a couple of times when someone has grabbed the pair of shoes I had my eyes on or the earrings I wanted! I would recommend dropping in often, as clothes seem to come in by the hour and often leave the same day. Have fun shopping!!!!!!

    AMAZING SHOP

Great great shop! They have the best selection of designer hand bags and are busy it seems everyday taking in more great lables. The shop is very organized and very attractive. I started consigning recently and have made enough to offset my shopping addiction. Best I have found in SB

    Great SHOP!

great great shop. So beautiful and well organized. I stop in regularly as they take stuff in daily. I always find all kinds of high end treasures. I just started taking some of my things in to consign as well and so far this is helping off set my spending and makes it feel more fun. A great spot if you haven't checked it out. It has been there a long time and is definitely the best we have in SB.

I always find exactly what I am looking for and then add to that with some surprise items that just arrived into the shop. Jessica has the best high end handbags and shoes, a great selection. It is always fun to shop there because the items are well displayed with new merchandise arriving daily. A bargain treasure seeker's delight!

Trustworthy with great selection & pricing

This is a wonderful shop with a charismatic, reliable staff that knows what they're doing. It's a bit off the main downtown shopping street (State St.), but that makes for easier drop-off and lower overhead (better pricing). It's also an independently owned & run business, not like the other S.B. consignment shops, which are franchises (more overhead). You get good prices for your clothes, good service, and they have a great selection. All around a top-notch experience. No surprise that they've been around longer than any other local consignors.

Why pay full price for clothing?

Posted by Darren M. on 11/24/2005

Jessica is a great consignment shop for women who like to update or change they wardrobe regularly. They always have lots of newer items that are in pristine shape. Almost like shopping at a regular retail store. Prices are wonderful. The only downside is that there is only parking on the street, which can be tough to find on De La Vina.
