comfortable

This theater has large chairs, stadium seating so no ones head is in the way and for the most part fairly clean. The sound system is good. The tickets and food a very pricey. It's in a large shopping plaza with super target and tons of other stores to browse. parking is usually not an issue.

This is a nice large theater that has about 10-20 theaters inside. Nice, friendly staff and of course the most important thing nice size chairs. I've gone to this theater tons of times and everytime has been enjoyable to me. They have a great selection of movies and great movie times so there's always a great time slot for me to veiw something during my busy scedule.

Great Place
Posted by Brandon C. on 01/11/2006
This place is great. It is really big and has many theaters. The prices are kinda steap, but everything is like that now. The best time to go is on the weekdays. It is less croweded and cheaper during the afternoons

Great movie theater in an excellent plaza. Very kid oriented though. Movie tickets are kinda pricey, but they are everywhere.Fun to go early in the day during the week though.Make sure to get a Regal Cinemas Crown card to gain points and save money. Get their at least a half hour in advance for good seats! Very busy place.

Great for all ages

This movie theater is a great place to hang out, in the area there are a lot of stores to browse while you wait, and at the theater there's always so many movies to choose from. It's always packed on Friday and Saturday nights so it's a good idea to buy advanced tickets or come early. There is a student discount with student ID, and also the regal club card with more benefits.

Regal has a money saver club card. You show it each time you purchase a ticket, then you receive points towards free concessions and tickets. Also gives you free popcorn on Tuesdays and extra points on Thursdays.

both are right

Both reviews had good points. The lines were long and the concession stand is terribly overpriced, but once you sit down and get comfortable in those big comfy seats and start the movie you forget about the craziness beforehand. The tellers shoud offer certificates to cc users to avoid future frustration.

Top Notch Theatre
Posted by jwgrahamjr on 01/04/2003
Regal Waterford Lakes 20 is a modern theatre with ample seating, comfortable seats, great picture and sound and an overall nice atmosphere. Nevermind the one juvenile reviewer who was more interested in his raging hormones than a proper review. This theatre has a great selection though it can get a bit crowded on busy nights for popular movies. The seating is such that you need not worry about having people block your view. My only prob with this theatre is that the tickets and concessions are expensive. Cound on $30 for a movie for 2. Otherwise, this is a top notch, comfortable and professional theatre which provides great movies.

Flashy - but not 'All That'
Posted by FilmBuff__13 on 07/02/2002
I am hard pressed to offer an outstanding review for the theater. The lines were far too long, despite the huge box office - they were badly understaffed and we waited over half an hour in an outdoor line to get our tickets. When we finally got inside and waited another 20 minutes at concession, we were THEN told that we could not purchase concession items with our credit card - and would have to go back out to the box office lines and get certificates there. This ruined the experience for us, and when I alerted management about the problem, they were less than simpathetic, tossed us some re-entry passes, and walked away. As a consumer, I would prefer a smaller, less ornate environment where I am actually treated like a person.
