If you enjoy working with a company that is not proactive, will take days to respond to you, give you misquotes for repair services, allow your property to fall into a state of unrentability (exterior of property has not been maintained for 5 months and now has 3-5ft tall weeds and grasses!) and then blame you for their lack of proactivity then this is the company for you. Save yourself the headache and go with a service oriented company rather than one that passes the buck!
