Time Warner is by far the worst service that we have ever tried to get. We just moved into a new neighborhood and they were our only option unless we went with a company like Direct TV or Dish Network, The customer service is the worst. No one seems to know what they are talking about. The installer came out last week and brought the wrong equipment. The next installer came out 4 days later and brought re-furbished equipment. One box does not work at all and the other blacks out al of the time. He asked if we could live with it for awhile. When we said no, he promised to come back again in 2 days and bring new equipment. He never showed. We will tell everyone we can in our neighborhood and will contact the BBB and the city chamber of commerce to let them know that Time Warner is not worth messing with. On top of all of this.............you get to hand carry your equipment back to the Time Warner Store and stand in line for an hour just to return it. I know about the standing in line..............I have already done it. They also have a couple of customer serv. reps waking around asking questions and telling you how great their service is. Do not believe them. Go on line and google this company. You will find more complaints then you can imagine. THIS IS A COMPANY TO RUN FROM..............and they are expensive. Do not bother with trying them. We tried them thinking ..................how bad can they be and found out. I have packed up our equipment that we have only had sence Saturday and taking it back. Direct TV will be installing for us on Thursday.
