    Forgot the Bride on her Wedding Day!

    I had used White Horse many times before my wedding with no problems. I hired them for my wedding this past summer as a shuttle for guests and to transport the wedding party. For some reason, when I came out of the hotel to go the church, they were no where to be found. They had left me. Apparently, a guest had told them she was the last one, but still, you would think they would have realized they forgot the girl in the big white dress!!!! Horrible! My wedding planner had to leave the church and come get me, while all my guests waited and wondered if I was going to show up. I was 20 minutes late. After the wedding, I called the owner to talk to him about the situation and he was extremely defensive and rude. He offered me no discount. Finally, after a lengthy conversation, he agreed to give me a ride to the airport or a ride home from the bar one night. Last month, I called to schedule the ride to the airport. I was informed it was only a ride TO the airport I was getting. They wouldn't pick us up. I could not believe this! They forgot me on the biggest day of my life and wouldn't pick us up from the airport to make up for it. I would not recommend using White Horse for a special event. They are fine for airport trips and rides home from the bar, but that's about it. I was extremely dissapointed by the way my situation was handled. If they had done a little more to make it up to me, I wouldn't be writing this review.

    Friendly drivers in luxurious vehicles

    You must try this company. They have picked me up numerous times from the airport. My experience has always been that the drivers are friendly and the vehicles are impeccable!! I also went to dinner and a concert and was dropped off at the front door at the restaurant and the concert. Because they are a transportation service they take different routes so we never got stuck in traffic! You must check them out!!
