These guys are a joke. They were rude, pushy and when I called to modify a reservation the guy completely flipped out calling me a F***ing idiot among a million other names. They threatened to not show up and take my money. The day of the event I paid cash. Then my credit card was charged! The driver then said he was "too busy" to bring us from the restaurant to the bar, which we paid for! We had to take a cab! After paying the full amount in cash, when a different limo driver drove us home he said he needed to collect payment and refused to leave until he collected! Please do not use this company, they need to be shut down. They're a bunch of conartists.

After being overcharged for a trip to and from the airport, one of the owners though he could bully me out of complaining - yelled at me on the telephone and any time I tried to speak he told me to stop interrupting him! Finally got Alex (co-owner) to agree there was an overcharge and received a receipt saying they would refund $99. When I got my credit card statement, they only refunded $71. When I asked for the complete refund, Alex changed his story and charged more than what he quoted me before and after the overcharge! Now they want to keep 20% for driver gratituty - why would I tip them now!!!!!!!

Avoid Any Time Limo, Inc. at all costs!!!

We hired Any Time Limo to drive our daughter and her friends to their Senior Prom. We paid $490 for a 4 hour packeage. We were told that we had the use of the limo for 4 hours to be split up anyway we wanted. We agreed to 2 hours before and 2 hours after. The Prom was to begin at 7:00, so the limo was picking up the kids at 5:00. The day before the prom, I contacted the owner, Alex, to say that we really didn't need the limo to arrive until 6:15, because the kids had no use for it that early (I thought I was saving the driver some time). I fully understood that I was paying for 4 hours but not using the limo for the full 4 hours! He told me that we had agreed to 1 hour before the prom and 3 hours after, and that the limo would be picking up at 5:00 and delivering the kids to the dance at 6:00. I never would have agreed to this because the doors didn't even open until 6:45. I spent 3 hours trying to have a conversation with Alex. Everytime I was speaking with him, he would say, "I have another call." and hang up on me. I finally demanded that he finish a conversation with me, at which time he tells me that I never signed a contract, and that the limo wasn't mine until I signed. This was the first time he had mentioned a contract. Obviously, he had forgotten to, so this will work in our favor!!! I refused to sign anything until we had the time worked out. He wouldn't discuss the time with me, so I cancelled the service. He obviously wanted me to sign the contract so that he could keep my $490. My husband tried to work things out and was yelled at, and called numerous names. Alex is a very classy guy! We later found out that he had "double booked" for the night. Needless to say, we were unable to book another limo at the last minute. Although the kids still had a wonderful night, we feel we let our daughter down. Pleas avoid Any Time Limo, Inc. and spread the word!

Last year for Prom I had reserved a hummer limo from another company who gave me a great price then called my son 2 days before prom and tried to confirm the wrong time for pick up and then said that he had nothing for the actual time I had reserved. I called frantically everywhere to book another limo and as luck would have it I found Alex who was able to get my sons group of friends their dream Hummer limo for Senior prom and when it showed up, it was sparkling along with a wonderful driver who was courteous and professional. I still can't thank him enough and tell everyone I know about him

WORST COMSTUMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!!!!

The first time I called this limo service I got a good rate for a ten passenger limousine. I promised the guy I would call back the next day to book it. When I called back I got on the phone with someone else who doubled the price then magically took it down some but did not honor the price that was given to me, he just gave me excuses on hidden charges never given to me. When I asked to speak with the the orignal person I spoke to he told me to not call again then hung up on me.... If this place treats potential customers like this how do you think they treat customers that they are allready serving?? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/WORST BUSINESS PERIOD!!

me and my friends used this company for homecoming. First they sent us a hummer limo instead of the limo coach bus that we had ordered and was also confirmed. We paid in cash and gave the money to our driver and everything was fine. a few days later the total balance of the limo was taken out of my credit account. I called to find out why and they said that they never received the payment on the date of the reservation. I called in and so did my mother. They were very rude to us and would not answer any of our questions. I would strongly not recommend this company at all , there are many other companies that would be alot better than this one.

Although I am sure their intentions are good.. they are too small of a company it seems. because they have no backup plan if something happens. The guy who took my order originally, sounded sincere and means to do well but NO LIMO SHOWED UP for 6 of us waiting to go to Cancun. I called at 6 a.m. but they have nobody answering phones and by 6:10 we did get a a return call from some guy who just woke up but that guy who called me could really care less and all he could say was " I'm sorry" Oh ok moron.."I'm sorry?????" oh yeah right--- that works for me now that we lost 30 minutes of time to get to the airport and check in .
If their story that the limo got in an accident was true.. hey should have known by 5:45 something was wrong if the driver didn't call in and by 6:00 a.m. they should have had another company or car already on deck.. but they had NO BACK UP PLAN. Next time I am using a bigger company that has someone on the
phone 24/7 and multiple cars on the street. And also a company who has their drivers checking in.
it appears, they have no backup plan.. so you are out of luck if the car you are waiting for doesn't show up.

Horrible mafioso style service!! My friend in St. Charles ordered this service to drive me to Evanston.
Any Time asked for my credit card number, standad procedure. They didn't tell me they were charging me a $20 "deposit."
Fifteen minutes after the limo was supposed to arrive, after looking out the windows and not seeing it, we called the company, which said the limo had been waiting the whole time. Turns out you can't see the whole driveway from inside the house.
Instead of ringing the bell or calling me to say he was there, they charged me a waiting time fee.
The driver took a roundabout way in terrible traffic. He was nice enough. When we got close, I asked if he could stop at Starbucks. I ran in and out for coffees for my family. He never said there was a charge for making another stop. If I knew that, I wouldn't have stopped.
The driver told me the bill was $90 something. He didn't tell me that already included a 20% tip. When I asked if people normally tipped him, he said yes, so I gave him another $20.
He didn't tell me that (a) I was already charged $20 on my credit card, (b) there was a fee for waiting because the company failed to let me know he was there, (c)there was a fee for stopping, or (d) tip was included.
I paid $130 for what was supposed to be about $90!!
I just called the company to ask about the $20 fee on my credit card. The guy chatted with me at length, then called me back after checking it out. I just wanted my $20 "deposit" back. He refused my deposit, started yelling, and hung up on me.

My brother and me rented stretch Hummer limo from this company for his bachelor party. The car was amazing, had a fully stocked bar. They gave us free admission to gentleman club. The driver was very helpful and cool. I recomend them to all my friends.

I rented a stretch Hummer limo from Any Time Limousine for my friends bachelor party. The vehicle that showed up was sparkling new plus we got a full bar.The driver was one of the coolest people I ever met.I recomend them to all my friends.
