Do not use this bank for a home mortgage. I went to this community bank to get pre-approved for a home loan and found a home with a closing date that was two months after they accepted the offer. I had emailed and spoke to the bank about locking in the rate two months before and they said they would for .25% origination fee. Come to find out just before the closing that they never locked rate and of course the rate went up and I had to pay more. Spoke to the bank president Sharon, who could only apologize and not correct their wrong doing. Bottom line they made more money on their gross mistake and I am left to pay for negligence.
