Doesn't Play By Their Own Rules!!

Let me first state that I am a 58 year old w/m that is not very computer savvy but when I saw this opportunity to respond to a recent issue that happened I couldn't help myself but to respond. I have placed adds in wheels and deals over the past years and sold several items without any problem what so ever. However last fall I ran a custom HD motorcycle in your "Run it till it Sells" add. I paid my $125. plus fee and made my on-time required call-ins to keep my add current, When I made my required call-in on Dec.23 rd,2008 I was advised that Wheels and Deals would no longer honor their "Run it till it Sells" advertising and that offer was being discontinued. I was told by your representative that my add would continue to run through Feb. 2009 and then would be dropped whether it had been sold or not. I was told at that time I could take out a regular add if I wanted to continue to advertise my M/C. There was no full refund , no partial refund, no we're sorry, Not even a "kiss our ***" apology. I kept my end of your agreement - so should you!!! or pay a full refund for not fullfilling your end of your agreement. You offered this as an advertising service available if a person was willing to pay the extra money up front to advertise their item for sale for a no limit of time. My custom motorcycle was a higher priced item and I thought that this would be a good way to advertise. This was no way to treat a paying customer. If it was worth my time I would let an attorney speak to your customer service department about a little thing called Breach of Contract. Maybe the BBBureau would be a better route??? Signed--SHAFTED!!!
