I had a question about finding an adhesive to glue plastic labels to metal cans for my business, and they were happy to answer my questions, even though they didn't make the product. I tried a bunch of other companies, and kind of got stiff-armed or had to leave my name for a sales person to call me back. So, pretty happy at least with their service.
