    Excellent Service and Quality of Work

    The staff at Body By Scotty was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were very attentive to all of our needs following an altercation with a large deer and our GMC Yukon XL. The quality of their work was top notch. Their were very concerned that everything was done correctly and taken care of in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Body By Scotty for any of your autobody needs in the Spokane/post Falls/Coeur D'Alene area.

    Horrible service

    My car got broken into and my insurance told me to take my car to body by scotty so i did, i got my car back 3 weeks later and it was still a wreck! They had tried to glue my steering colum covers together to get them to work, my steering wheel was bent and rubbed the colum covers, the paint didnt match my car from the dents they had pulled, they cracked my fender taking it to their shop and said it was already there, they gave me damaged pieces in my center console, my horn and cruise control didn't work. After I talked to my insurance again they give them one more chance to fix it, so i said ok thats fine. I get it back after another week and they had gotten me a new steering wheel that still rubbed, the sunroof was not seeting right, they had fixed the fender after we told them not to and they didnt put it back on right so my bumper and headlight are all messed up and my fender sticks out 1/4 of an inch from my car, they didnt tighten any of the bolts on the headlight either. If you have any respect for your car i would recommend taking it to a different body shop no matter what.
