No Air Condition?? Loud creaking.

I became a customer of A Regal for my wedding.We rented three limo's for the night. The limo I rode in made ver loud creaking sounds the whole way to the church. The limo the Bridesmaids rode in , the A/C was broken...not a good thing in New Orleans! The third and final limo was nice. I also asked them to push up my pick up time by 30 minutes and had to pay 240 dollars extra, so no slack in pick up times.
