Worst Store in Town
Posted by laurieincasselberry on 12/17/2008
Try calling beforehand to see if they have something, so you won't waste a trip. MAYBE you will get lucky and they will answer the phone (not usually). Then, when they answer the phone, they put you on hold and after waiting awhile, you are disconnected. Or, they come back and tell you they have something, when they don't. Then, when you get to the store, you are greeted by the most arrogant concencration of young men I have ever seen gathered together in one place. THis has been my experience with this store for several years. AVOID!

don't bother calling

I am handicapped and often call a store to make sure they have the items I want in stock before I drive out there. I have attempted to contact Best Buy several times on the phone and have yet to have anyone answer. I don't bother shopping there anymore as it's too much hassle. Whoever is supposed to be answering the phones is completely worthless and needs to be fired.

This is a great place to buy electronics for your home. They even have appliances such as washers, dryers, microwaves and even vaccuums! Every CD and DVD you can find here, along with audio equipment such as stereo systems for your home and car! You can even buy Satellite radio systems here too! They match competitors coupons as well, and honor them with no problems!
