I really like the red velvet, the one with the strawberry on top, and the one the hostess one.

Las Vegas Cupcake treats
Posted by row2row on 01/31/2009
This bakery is the best one in the city. You walk in, and it just feels like home. The cupcakes are so delicious; they'll melt in your mouth. I got a kick out of the cupcake names. The cupcakes are places that have to do with the flavor of the cupcake. Savannah street is red velvet, Lake Tahoe Blvd is a S'more, get it?!When ordering cakes, the staff is friendly and the cakes are delectable!! The smells that emanate from Cupcake Lane Bakery remind me of my great grandmom's kitchen. A definite must!

Cupcake Lane Bakery is a must for everyone

I am shocked by the bad reviews. This place is awesome! Everything is incredibly unique and delicious. Of all cupcake shops, this is my favorite. I am not just a lover of sweets, I'm an actual chef...and I still love it. I ordered a carrot cake from here and it was beautiful and tasty. Customer servicee, you can't ask for a nicer group abd very creaive.I also think the price is completely fair - compare it to anyplace else. I'm so sorry to the writer who said they had a bad experience. I've never had anything bad. I hope you change your mind and give it another try.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTMENT
Posted by sweetiepiepie on 01/13/2009
i usually don't post reviews but i was really disappointed when i went in to cupcake lane. besides the plain decor the cupcakes themselves looked plain and unappetizing. but i was there to try it out so i went ahead and had a lombard street (hostess looking one). it looked better than the hostess treat that i grew up with but the taste was nothing like it...far from it. i don't know what type of cake mix they use, but its quite obvious. the cake was dry and very stale and the "chocolate fudge" top was no where near its fudgy consistency as advertised. i called to complain but was treated with extreme rudeness by the help. when asked to speak to a manager the clerk said the manager was "busy" and that there was nothing they could do since i ate the cupcake already. i mean really?!!! they need to train their employees on how to handle customers' complaints!!! STAY AWAY from this place b/c cupcakes are HORRIBLY BAD and the customer service is beyond TERRIBLE!!

Bar far the Best Cupcakes in Las Vegas
Posted by adamgreg on 07/08/2008
Recently a friend convinced me to try a relatively new cupcake bakery call cupcake lane. I had tried a cupcake bakery before, (cupcakery) and was not impressed. The idea of paying 2.75 for a cupcake seemed ridiculous and after trying the cupcakery i thought I was right. However, after being dragged to cupcake lane I now feel differently. The cupcakes there were incredible! The cake was moist, the frosting was perfect, I had the lombard a gourmet version of a hostess cupcake and it was to die for. I have been converted. Cupcakes are amazing!

Cupcake cupcakes everywhere. You absolutely MUST try one of these cupcakes!!! Cupcake lane bakery ....
The very best cupcake I've ever eaten in a long time. I could have one every day for the rest of my life...but then I'd probably weigh a ton. The chocolate was ultra-moist and the flavor to die for. The frosting was very good.

Okay, so I finally made it to Cupcake Lane Bakery...I think that they are very good...We love Magnolia's in NY, so to compare, the actual cake portion is really much better, and the frosting is really good....$27.50/dozen....Good for any occasion....You can buy individual ones of course...Anyway, good variety..and yes, there was an actual line...just like Magnolia's!

Cupcake Lane, YOU MADE ME LOOK GOOD!!! I took a dozen cupcakes to work as a treat, and what a hit! We enjoyed several different flavors, with one being as good as the next. Their warmth and professionalism over the phone, as well as in person was appreciated and my order was handled perfectly. THANKS

I happened upon Cupcake Lane a couple of weeks ago and gone back several times since. Their cupcakes are, hands down, the best I've ever tasted. The frosting is the key; rich, smooth, and flavorful. The cake is moist. Try my favorites, the Lombard and the Savannah. Can't get enough. Unfortunately.

My daughter took me to Cupcake Lane last Monday. Great decision! The very best cake I've ever eaten, no questions. I could have one every day for the rest of my life...but then I'd probably weigh a ton. The coconut cake was ultra-moist and the flavor to die for. The frosting was nice and light. You absolutely MUST try one of these cupcakes!!!
