Our President, Bernard M. Sencer, AAA, ASA completed two terms as International Treasurer of the Appraisers Association of America and now serves on its Executive Committee; he is also a two-term past Regional Governor of the American Society of Appraisers. A member of the Auctioneers Association, Inc. and a (1986-1999) panelist for the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Sencer has also been a consultant to the U.S. Treasury Dept., the F.D.I.C., the N.Y. State Insurance Dept. and the G.S.A., among other federal, state, and municipal agencies. He is frequently asked to testify as an expert witness by courts ranging from housing and county courts, to the N.Y. State Supreme Court, and to the U.S. Federal and Bankruptcy Courts.
