    My experience with this business was wonderful. I did an online search for Bare Escentuals makeup and came across this place. When I called for directions the young lady on the phone was so helpful and talked to me like she had known me for years. After arriving I was seated and she spent over a half hour color matching and helping me decide on what makeup was best for my skin. Not only will I always purchase my makeup from here but I plan on booking a spa day for myself. A+ and keep up the good service.

    I was so nervous about my first brazilian wax, but Talitha made me feel so comfortable. She talked me through everything and the experience was much better than I expected. I am definitely a client for life.

    My husband purchased a spa day for our anniversary from this day spa. My experience was wonderful...starting with the relaxing massage, facial, spa pedicure and finally one of the best haircuts and color I've had in a long time. Everyone was so friendly and really made me feel at home. This will be for sure a gift at the top of my list every year.

    Know Before you Go

    I thought I was going to a reputable and professional hair salon. I came out hours later with my hair ruined. While they were willing to admit a mistake was made, they were very rude and unprofessional about it. I have never had a salon damaged my hair like they did. I would advise anyone going there for the first time to reconsider and think about choosing a different salon for their hair care needs.

    I just came in yesterday after hearing that they sell Bare Escentauls and the young lady at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. She color matched me with the perfect foundation and helped pick out some eye colors that look good on me. I will always go back to them for makeup.

    I've been " spa hopping" in Chattanooga because I couldn't find anyone who really met my needs. This place is awesome! Their packages are great and they even offer monthly memberships! Their pedicures are awesome and the bowls are very sanitary! And the facials and massages are great! They are definitely somewhere I will visit frequently!!!

    I just recently moved to Chattanooga and found A Better You here on Citysearch...I got a pedicure, haircut, and brow and lip wax. It was great!! My brow arch is perfect! The pedicure was very relaxing and "green"! Lori cut my hair...its the best haircut I've ever had (and the shampoo was the best part!!) and she really helped me with ideas on how to style it. Overall, I was very impressed...I think I've found my new "salon home" in Chattanooga and I'll definitely be back!

    My experience at A Better You Salon & Spa was exceptional! The staff is Very Friendly - which if you have visited other salons you know is very rare. My appointment was for a Facial and Wax - the esthetician was professional, experienced and extremely knowledgable. The spa area was neat and clean which is very important to me when receiving spa treatments. I have booked standing appointments for this entire year. I had nothing but an Outstanding experience!

    I went to A Better You to get my hair fixed from a previous stylists' mess up. Samantha made me look great again! I also tried the Bare Minerals makeup while I was there and now I'm hooked! I won't ever wear anything else again! Their girls were so friendly and very helpful, I would definitely recommend to all my friends!
