    This theater is nice enough once you get inside. Its fairly clean and there are a lot of screens. My biggest problem is with the safety issue where the theater is located. You have to park kind of far away from the theater. One evening we came out of the theater and my car was blocked off from me by the police. They just had a shooting outside the theater and the cops were actually checking my car for stray bullets. This was not comforting. Another time we were yelled at by drunks. I will not go back again.

    This is a movie theater by the beach. It is a nice place to for movie, ice cream and a walk on the pier. You will have to pay the price for a night out at this theater.

    great theatre with tons of surrounding shops so you keep busy while waiting for the show. parking is a bit of a problem so always plan on being there extra early. if you must go to an evening show, i recommend an early evening show. being that it is close to the beach, many people hang out in the parking lot and one of our cars was broken into.

    Parking can be a problem for this smaller theater so be sure to plan ahead and get there a little early before your show begins. Not to worry about what to do while you're waiting though because there's plenty to do with all the stores around, and there are lots of places to eat at just outside the theater
