BEWARE!!!! THE WORST!!!!

By far the worst most incompetent business I've ever dealt with in my entire life. There service department is the biggest joke with the biggest jerks. They know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about customer service and they returned my car worst than when I brought it in. Much like the other reviewer they refused to take ownership of problems through "double talk" tactics. BE WARNED!!! They are horrible at their manipulative ways and only a total fool would fall for their sub par sneakiness. I wouldn't even trust their joke mechanics to do an oil change on my vehicle. I honestly can't believe they're even in business but they are clearly not doing well cause the dealership itself is dated and ugly and looks like it hasn't been remodeled since 1975 which says a lot about their priorities as a business. We all know service departments are a bunch of crooks that are going to hell but Wayne Akers service department are the WORST OF THE WORDT!!! They don't care to invest in anything except sub par staff. What a bunch of jokes from the top down cause trust me, I wasn't just dealing with a low level service rep. The culture of Wayne Akers is to lie, cheat and steal.

I, Gloria Soto, took my car to get an oil change on July 13, 2013. They did an inspection and damage my air filter box and will not replace it. The letter below is a letter that i have emailed to the director of sales "Charles Howell" and he will not pay for the part. He will only pay for the labor to repair the part. This is not acceptable. We should have to pay for any parts being that they were the last company to preformed the service work on my vehicle.

This is a place to not purchase anything from. Now they are in the business of giving your identity out to whomever they want. The cleanup is a big mess. Also to find the people they hire to call you for service 5 days after you purchase a car for service get everything about you except the ssn. They will also go onto other sites with your information and sign you up. Run fast from here don't be a victim

THE BEST

I have bought several cars/trucks in my life but never had such a good experience. Diego Torres took very good care of me and got me in and out very quickly. Great service!!!!!! Two days later I noticed someone had keyed my brand new truck. Later that afternoon Diego called just to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle. When I told him about the keying he said to bring it in and had it fixed at no charge, even though it wasn't covered on the warranty!!!! If you want good sevice and a quality vehicle, go see Diego, he will make sure you are happy.
