Superb from start to finish, Ali, the receptionist, coordinator, production controller, kept us informed on the status of the estimate and repair via e-mail and telephone calls to ensure we were available. Chris and his Technicians were on time and no nonsense, this was perfect as we had just arrived from Italy, and were purchasing this home on their statements that they would bring the RADON level from 7.0 to below 4.0, the Technician arrived on time and installed the items promised cleaned up after the installation and ensured I was aware of what had taken place during the time on site. Chris was on site with the RADON tester Friday and back 48 hours later, Easter Sunday to take the reading and ensure it met the specifications of less than 4.0, the reading was 0.7 Sunday. We have nothing but the highest praise for D&I Plumbing, Heating and Air Inc, everyone is customer first, friendly and took the time to ensure we knew what was taking place the entire process, a job well done.

I was told by Ali(the receptionist) that it was $63 an hour for the plumber, which I was fine with. When the plumber gets to my home, he has an apprentice, for whom I have to pay $55 an hour. This made me real mad as when I have used them and other plumbers before, it is one flat fee, regardless of how many people are sent. I called them up to ask about the extra charge and I spoke with Karen, who is the owner's wife. She should never be left to answer the phone because she has no tact at all and she proceeded to tell me that of course it is $63 per person( like I was let to know that before they sent anyone out here). Anyways for a 15 minute job, they charged me $160. I used them because i had good luck with them once before, never again. I would recommend Bobs plumbing or Alternative Air before using these people again.

I just had D & I out to my home to help look for a plumbing leak. I called first thing in the morning and they came in just a couple of hours. Their worker was super diligent trying to find where the house was leaking water. He was very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning up after himself when he was finished. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Best customer service ever!! The ladies in the office are so nice and pleasant to work with. The technicians Scott and Jimmy, got in my attic when the attic temp was 157 degrees and never complained once. The problem was taken care of quickly and the quality was well beyond the price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

After trying an independent plumber that was not as responsive as I would like, I tried D&I and have been using them ever since. They are professional and polite and are usually very responsive (I rarely have to wait more than 1 or 2 business days).

Worst service ever! Incompetent and very rude employees! Save your money they may be cheap, but like they say "The cheap comes out expensive."

I had problems with clogged pipes in my place I thought it was backup water from the sewer called the landlord that I have my own place it wasn't clogged at the sewer main pipe called D&I about this issue and they told me that I had to call the landlord company back. D&I wouldn't even come out to check out the issue in any case don't bother calling them.
