        Ballet & Pointe Shoes Ready To Wear At No Extra Cost To You Contra Costa Dancewear, located in Walnut Creek, California, has been sewing our patrons Pointe Shoes and Ballet Shoes since our opening day, more than 20 years ago. If you are a dancer who knows your style and size and wants ribbons and elastics sewn onto your shoes so they are ready to wear, this is the site for you! You pay nothing extra to have dance shoe ribbons and dance shoe elastics sewn onto your shoes if you purchase them through us. That s right. All sewing fees for dance shoe sewing are waived. We carry many shoe styles, but if you do not see a style you are looking for, please contact us. If you want to send us your shoes, just select the ribbon and elastic you prefer. Fees for them and for sewing are shown in the shopping cart. Customers currently come into the store for this service or order from us over the phone. Now you can order online and receive this same courtesy service wherever you live. If you ha ppen in the Walnut Creek area, please stop by.         Overall

        This is my daughters' go-to dancewear store when it comes to ballet shoes. We've been frequenting them at their old location for a few years. Their new location is bright and laid out very nicely, and the customer service is still fantastic. Most importantly, the store is managed by a former dancer, and all the employees really know how to fit a flat and pointe shoe, which is obviously crucial for a young dancer. The only negative is that their prices are a bit higher than what you will find online, but for shoes, especially, the higher price is absolutely worth the expertise available by Contra Costa Dancewear's associates.
