Great Customer Service and Timely Delivery

So I would like to give Guys and Dolls Furniture 5 *'s! Recently my Wife and I had our first child but before that we did some shopping around for some Munire kids furniture. Initially she had picked out a set for Baby World at a decent price and was quoted 8-12 weeks on the product. Its tough enough for her being pregnant but then come to find out it turned out that we had to wait even longer then 12 weeks! 13 then 14 then 15 weeks! I finally had to say something and got the order canceled. So we went over to Guys and Dolls in Aurora....not only did they have the set we wanted in stock but they beat their price and even did all the delivery and setup within a week for only 80 bucks! The staff was very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone who is expecting or has little ones. Thank you guys so much for everything and we'll definitely be back!

Great experience

We stopped by most of the baby furniture stores in the metro area including the big chains and found Guys and Dolls had the highest quality furniture and the best selection. We found a crib we liked then searched online for price comparisons, Guys and Dolls was very competitive. Weeks later when we went in to pick up the furniture, we found that the manufacturer was having a sale on the set. The owner worked with us to make up the difference by offering us store credit or a discount on a future purchase. We left the store very satisfied knowing that he didn't have to do anything for us. We were so impressed that we bought a glider and ottoman that day. We would not consider shopping elsewhere for children furniture.

Great Experience Buying Nursery Furniture

After visiting all of the local nursery furniture stores, we decided to purchase our nursery furniture and glider rocker from Guys and Dolls because of their excellent customer service, knowledge, and that they had the crib and dresser we wanted in stock. The employees were very helpful and spent time answering our questions and giving us information about the products we were purchasing.

Excellent Selection & Customer Service

I was so impressed with the customer service at Guys and Dolls. There was a manufacturing issue with the mattress cover I purchased. Whereas most stores would have made me deal directly with the manufacturer, Guys and Dolls exchanged the product with no problems or hassles and dealt with the manufacturer themselves. Being 9 months pregnant, it is such a relief to shop at a store that makes everything so easy!!

Great Place for Kids Furniture and Strollers

I recently purchased a BOB stroller from guys and dolls and was not completely happy with the model I chose. HOWEVER, Guys and Dolls let me exchange it which they usually don't allow and didn't charge me a restocking fee. They wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This is why I keep coming back.
I have also purchased an entire nursery set (bed, dresser, bedding, mattress, etc..) from Guys and Dolls and loved the experience. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I would like to highly recommend Guys & Dolls Furniture in Aurora. After a horrendous experience with Baby World and Westwood Baby furniture we had the manufacturer come pick up our furniture and refund us for it. It was an experience with defective furniture and lack of customer service for over 6 months. I was then in a situation with a 4 month old and no baby furniture. My wife and I stopped in and spoke with Jason and explained our situation. We found a set of Munire furniture (Savoy) in Espresso that we really like. Jason went out of his way to check the current stock at the factory warehouse and then check when the next trucked headed to Denver would be leaving. We are expecting our furniture to be delivered in 2 weeks or less. Jason even offered a loaner crib to use until our furniture came in. We completed our transaction with Bart, Jason's father, and he did everything he could do to ensure we were satisfied with the deal they gave us. I would highly recommend this family operated store. They went out of their way to help us and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Jason & Bart

Amazing Customer Service and Products

Every time I have visted Guys and Dolls they have gone above and beyond. They are extremely nice and helpful. They tell me all I needed to know and more about the dressers I was shopping for, plus some info on other products to help me out with them. They let me know a lot of things, like quality of the products, the customer service of the companies for it it will be needed, and also comparable dressers.
I love going there every time.

This store is HUGE. My wife and I had so much fun in the store. By far the largest selection of nursery furniture in Colorado. They had items in all price ranges, and it all seemed to be great quality. Very knowledgable, friendly staff. We even met the owner who started the store in 1953. THUMBS WAY UP.

Four years ago we purchased a childs bedroom set from here because of selection. Our expectations of the furniture have been met, but four years later have been reminded of what a poor customer service experience we had then beacause of the bad experience we had this week. We have been trying to purchase a new hardware kit for a crib that we bought four years ago. Our experience has been less than encouraging. We've had such argumentitive and condisending comunication through the management, and have been told by warehouse management to "just buy a new crib lady". This after we were told that it shouldn't be a problem to retro fit hardware for this crib! This has been nothing but a big headache and we are left with only a bad experience to pass along.

Best store for kids and baby furniture

My husband and I had a great experience at Guys & Dolls Furniture. I have never seen so many cribs and so much cool kids furniture. We found a beautiful nursery set right in our price range. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We met the owner who opened the store in 1953. This store is highly recommended.
