My service was also extremely slow on a non-busy night and the food was not worth the wait. It took us 3 hours from the time we sat down at the booth and the food was only fair.

Service is slow and when you finally get the food it is fair. If you are a stick person you will fit in their horribly uncomfortable booths.

It became a tradition for people from work to get out on Friday nights, call in our order to the Colorado Grill, then drive the 20 miles to sneak in the door at the last minute. Yeah, they're that good. You can order them in a variety of temperatures and sizes. Their steaks are good, I don't really think you can go wrong with the menu.
